hehe, this is really great. It reminds me of seeing these two really amazing banjo players performing on the Delta King at the Sacramento Jazz Jubilee because it was such a pleasant atmosphere, and so is this painting.

That's a cool sword, and those ears are awesome.

His right hand looks a bit stiff to me, though. And his thumb looks too long.

For the last year I've pretty much had my mind set on writing and drawing graphic novels, much the same as Kazu and most people in this thread. Though I'm in a similar state as kungfugibbon, I see all these people who aren't more than a few years older than I with incredible skill. I haven't let thi...

It's Me!

Here's a sketch I did of myself just tonight. I'm still practicing, and this is one of the only things that I've ever drawn from real life - something which, after seeing these results, I really want to continue. I'd normally post this in the self-portrait thread, but I wanted to see what C&C anyone...

Man... that is absolutely beautiful work, very intense. I didn't really make note of the strings being on him at the very beginning, but after seeing what happens in the end I looked back up, and they were there the whole time. I love how the speech bubbles in the final page pierce the ground.

Normally I'd expect something of this nature to come out of Japan, but I guess they passed the whole exoskeleton stage and moved right onto two-legged robots. This is quite a great idea, and it's quite interesting that they noted they could adapt the technology to help people who have trouble walking.
