pretty sweet, i like the absence of lines in some places.

my only crit would be that I wish that the polar bear was moved over more towards the left and not in the middle, balancing out the heavy line usage for the snow coming from the top right.

Thanks for the critique!

Yeah, this isn't my best (see: Lion and Ghost :P ), because I think I was being worn down a bit by the Illustration class I was taking, and sorta crapped out on this last project, ha ha. But now I'm concentrating on drawing some more comics, and all that, so in a while I'll return to illustration, and hopefully make some stronger pieces. I'm curious about trying to use photoshop for my illustrations as well, for some diversity in my portfolio which at the moment is almost 100% watercolor...

Well done :D. It's about time that someone made a serious drawing of this.

Great visual take on the old polar bear/snowstorm gag. My comments would be on minor things like the kerning (the "a"s in "polar" and "bear" being farther apart from the other letters), and the composition issue that bio mentioned. But over-all it's looks great. Funny. You seem to handle the watercolors pretty well.

At the risk of sounding like a little girl, that's too cute.
