So which volume would you recommend to a newcomer?

Post by heirware since 230bc » Sun Jul 12, 2009 6:49 am

In all probabilities, I'm only going to buy one volume (for now), and I'm leaning towards 3 or 4 because they have in my opinion the coolest covers.

Then again, I could get 1 for the sake of being sequential.

What is the 'best' volume, or the one that you think is?

My favorite volume is 4 by far, I'd start there for sure :)

Hmmm... Eavh volume has lots of excellent stories, so it's tough to point to just ONE and say it's best. And there's very little in terms of continuity to worry about, so I guess just start with whichever volume catches your eye and work from there.

Also, don't overlook the VERY fun FLIGHT EXPLORER.

I would start in the beginning, there are stories that continue through most of the books, and not getting them in the right order would be a pity.
