Ok, I figure since this is my first post I should make it count. I love fish, but i don't usually get to eat it outside of restaurants, so I've started finding recipies that are easy and good to make at home. here is one my mom sent to me, it's soooo tasty.

2T. dry sherry (I usually use cooking sherry)
1T. plus 1 t. sesame oil (no substitutions)
1 T minced pared ginger root
1 t. sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 scallion (green onion) sliced
dash white pepper (optional)
four 4 oz. salmon fillets

Combine ingredients. Pour over salmon. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Broil salmon, flip and cook until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.(did you know you can freeze the unused portion of ginger?)

so anyone got any fish recipies they want to share?

MMMMMMmmmm... Salmon... My mom makes the best fish in the world! I'm not sure how she makes her salmon, but it's extremely good. We also have wahoo, trout, albicore, halibut and yellowtail. We have lots of fish! :D
