But I'm not a big fan of Chinese desserts. Too much red beans! I heard they use red bean in all their desserts because back in the days they weren't harvesting sugar. True or False?

My holy trinity used to be Italian, Chinese, and Mexican. Seriously, though, I have not had an indigenous cuisine I have not really liked. Eritrean, Indian, Thai, Mexican, Cuban, American, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Swedish... I want it all.

Teh, I have to eat Mexican everyday since I'm one myself. Well, not because I have to, but it's the only thing I find here mainly.
