Turkish Delight

Post by househatke » Mon Oct 03, 2005 8:10 am

Years ago I had a box of Turkish delight. Of course all I could think of was the scene in the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe with the enchanted Turkish delight.

But when I had my own box I realized that Turkish delight doesn't NEED to be enchanted to make you eat with reckless abandon. Either that, or the box I had was also enchanted. Man, that stuff was fantastic. Little gummy squares with a bit of pistachio inthe middle and powdered sugar on top. Yum!
