Any recipes for tasty breads?

I want to bake some yummy fresh bread and would love any recipes and tips on making it. : )

I don't have any recipes but, try some Roti/Indian Bread! It's a flat bread. See if there is an Indian grocery store close by. Indian as in Indian not Native American...heh.

I've always considered bread to be more of a tastiness delivery vector, not a thing of tastiness in and of itself.

My mother, though, would always dab a little butter on the fresh-baked bread, and it would melt, and the smell was heavenly.

I've also found that fresh whole-wheat bread, properly toasted, has a decidedly pleasant, if hard to describe, taste.
