Turn your copy of Flight 2 to page 102 and you will see! It's a delicious Vietnamese noodle soup. Unfortunately, not all pho is created equal (I have a few secret spots in different cities that I prize).

It could be right after Flight 3: Flight Pho.

Get it?

I'm so, so sorry about derailing the thread like this with horrible jokes. Really.

Hehe, pho provides an endless source of puns. Read Khang's bio in Flight 1 for another good one!

I went to the Pho place by the Nucleus with some friends, and had the beef with tripe. I discovered that I absolutely love tripe. I like it a lot in Menudo on Saturdays and in Pho food, I'm seriously thinking about learning to cook some of it up on my own. Right now I make a mean Matzo Ball soup but I think I might try to find a recipe and have a go of it.

Pho is indeed one of the foods of the gods (lasagna is in that group as well). Thank God I live in Southern Cal. :-D

Smith -- if you're ever out for Dim Sim, try getting the tripe. They usually serve it spicy and it tastes delicious.
