My buddy and I just screen printed this poster. I hope you like it.

We are selling copies of the print. If you are interested go here:

If you think that I suck for trying to sell stuff, just tell me and I'll delete this post or something.

this is just awesome, I love it. Beautiful colors, and as honolulu says - the half tone effect works so good! selling is not bad, I might even buy it.

Thanks guys... I'm glad you like the poster. I'll tell my buddy Tyson that you like the half tone (that was all his doing.)

Sweet duotone work! Really dig the characters, especially the guy underneath the cloak.

I'm glad that you noticed that guy under the dark cape thing. That is my first experiment into seeing what one color printing over another looks like with screen printing. I hope everyone can see it.

I noticed it the second time I looked at it and i love it. :D I love discovering new thinks in illustrations, makes them very interesting. I just love how his whole attitude is so different under the cloak.

I've never heard the band, but that poster is amazing. Love the color choices and the faint transparency in the reaper.

Printmaking is amazing, I wish I did it more. Should be the next track to pop up at my college though, so I may try to minor in it.

i absolutely love this. everything about it. the way the trees look in the background is particually amazing but also the figure under the cloak, the half tone, the composition...

mike, you have been doing just fantastic work after fantatastic work lately.

Thanks for all the good feedback. I'm glad that everyone likes different things about the poster, I hope that means that it's a strong one. It also makes me happy that some of the things you guys love best were done by my friend/parter Tyson. It means (hopefully) that we make better art together than we do seperately.

The band "Islands" is made up of two guys from the band "The Unicorns" and some other guys. They are very indie-rock/wierd.

Here is their Myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/islandsareforever if you are interested in the band.
