I like that little girl with the flower. Great all of them, really. But she's got something. :)

..and I want that red hat!

Gah! first and last ones! ah, this is so cool! The rough-line/smooth-shade on the first one is killer, but watch his right hand's trigger-guard and index finger. Just seems a little tweaked.
That girl in the turtleneck collar looks a bit like KOSMOS from ?Xenogears? I think. body's a bit long, but that's a taste thing.

You demonstrate a genius for lighting.

Some very nice character designs throughout. The third one has a slightly too long torso and something a bit wonky happening with the arms (a bit small-thin?), but nothing big. Nice coloring too! You mention these are for a comic book project- do you have comic pages done, either with them or witout them? Would love to see more of your work.

that fanart at the bottom is really killer, but I notice you left those ?swords strapped to her hips unshaded.

I see a penchant for the infamous HTK-stylings~ ^_^

The color work is fantastic, really, and I do very much like your hands. Also, the pages are quite good...I don't typically like manga stylings, but the color work and the action gets me goin'. I suppose I should critique as well, since that's always helpful...your use of lighting rubs me the wrong way, not that it's bad, it just feels sorta tagged on in some areas or that you handle lighting more with your color sensibilites than with your mass and shape sensibilities...I hope that made sense. In the fan art piece and in the very first piece (with the guns and the muzzle blast and whatnot) the lighting does seem to have more to do with the color composition than with the mass of the figure. Anyhoo, I hope that was helpful, or I was at least making sense. Your stuff is very good, and the kind that makes me like this genre, very visceral, yet highly stylized.

Very good painting and drawing I think. :) This overall look looks great when it's done right. 8) I mean, Bengal, James Jean, and Hyung Tae-Kim all prefer the painting-but-line-dominant approach, so you can't really go wrong there...

All of em have a nice quality to em, but those and that girl with the flower are my favorites. Damn, good comic!
