Mikie: Thanks. I'm trying to get a mixture of being able to stay on model while keeping the life. I don't know how guys like rodolphe do it.

T-Lapia: Thanks. That's quite nice of you to say.

Blom: Thanks man.

The janitor is the same guy from the bumper car picture, right? In my head, I imagine him being a character that never talks, or only says a few small words. He's got so much character...

Thanks jake. Here is another one. I really want to get comfortable enough to do a comic in watercolor. I tried making a mock panel. Any tips would help. I'm using regular watercolor paper.

LOoks gReat! :D
I think it look like you allready know how to do it, so the only thing I want to say is: Go do it! ;) I think the style will look very good! I just finished a 3 page comic made with gouache-colors, and fixed it and put in the handpainted text-bubbles in Photoshop. I feel that to be a good way to work.

Great stuff Rad! Thoe first BtL sketches you posted have some real confidnece behind them.

Your watercoloring looks great already. I've had some good experiences with the very smooth arches papers. and they don't have to be very heavy stock. And usually I just color over the india ink or micron pen ink. in washes. the more I plan ahead the better luck I have.

Forgot to say what paper I use; Canson aquarelle watercolor Montval 200g/m2. 24x32cm grain fin. They come in blocks of 100 sheets. They work fine for me.

Househatke: I think I'll try that paper. THe paper I have is rough and it's hard to ink on.
