1000 Ways to Die... (may not be safe for work?)

Post by Randy Dianogah » Thu Mar 09, 2006 7:38 pm

wow. havent posted in a long time. some things ive done since the last time...

Image
this is the first of many for my 'cause of death...' series. not sure what to title this one.

Image
the second one. death by dog allergies. haha i dont even know if you can die from that let alone look like that when you did. i just thought it would look funny.

Image
shot put anyone? just did this one today. needs to be colored still.

Image
this is a poster for an upcoming show. work is still in progress but i thought id share anyways. sort of a tribute to Bourgery.

Image
shirt design for sixth gate. i dunno either.

thats that!

so the freelancing is going pretty good. i have two other things to draw up for people. stay tuned i guess.

theres one thing ive been trying to do and thats learn how to turn down some people. i dont want to have to draw another viking eating a human brain ever again. or something equally as stupid. does anyone else have problems with picking their work?

I love the first two a lot. The second one is just... damn, i think the rather mundane, charming feeling of it just makes the ick factor even greater. And the first one.... you know, just yesterday I was wondering how that would look -- using spatter colored red as a blood effect. Now I know. Damn.

thanks for the comments everyone

vince: yeah i dig blood splatter. i figure if im not going to ever use my toothbrush (because hygene is for suckers, right?) i might as well do something creative with it.

t-lapia: snake in the brain? what about that new movie coming out with samuel jackson: snakes on a plane! i MUST see that movie for the title alone

swizec: thanks. it's based on a true story.
