experiment! (updated 12/9)

Post by Phil McAndrew » Thu Nov 17, 2005 12:36 pm

This was just an experiment I did in preparation for a great big series of painting/collage things I'm working on right now. I'm having a lot of fun with the series so far! I've been tearing apart old superhero comics for the collage bits. Sometimes I peel them off and it leaves a mirror image of what was on the glued down side, which I love.

Noice.* I just found a new background for my desktop.

*Yes, I know there's no O in "nice". I'm creating my own personal slang. Do you have some sort of problem with that?

I've been using "noice" for a while now...

Interesting effects, Phil. :) I like it.

Gah! That last one is trés creepy! (but in a good way :D )

I'm really digging the combination of your inkwork over the collage surface. The styles seem to complement each other well.
