eh, i kinda feel silly posting this little doodle, but i haven't posted anything in a while except for , "hey that's cool", "awesome", so here goes

Nice work. I have a question about technique. Do you tend to work dark to light or light to dark?

i usually go from middle to dark to light, and then back and forth. i have a process thread in eatpoo forums.

looks good... except for the eye.. hope u correct it.

i love the coloring and everything else.. specially the little arc of her lip.

Yeah, mostly looks good. I noticed some of your strokes didn't seem to blend that well.

That's spectacular

The only thing I'd change would be maybe beefing up that ear a little. It's pretty flat. I actually really like the out of focus eye

Hm, I think right now this is in sort of a creepy middle ground between caricature and realistic portrait. But I'm only bothering to make that criticism because i think it could be really good with just a few small revisions!

I think that the lighter background was ALOT better. Now you have to fight to make her hair look black. I do like the other new stuff, but changing the background back to a lighter color will vastly improve the painting.
