Old sketch I did a long while ago; I posted it in my sketch thread. Maybe I'll nerve up and try to do something tonight.

Bah, I can't wait till the next San Diego Comic Con!

I want to meet the great artists I see on this board. And you know, buy comics. Lots and lots of comics.

Oh so many comics.

Here's an oil painting I did recently of myself. It came out ok but I made the top of my head too fat. :P

Artist Fashion Advice

Well, you look pretty set for art school to me. At least for fitting in with the mainstream comics crowd. Hell, you could be half of the guys I roomed with.

Mainstream Guy #1: "I like Spawn."
Mainstream Guy #2: "Me too, dawg! Do you read Aspen?"
Mainstream Guy #1: "Dude...that book is sweeet."
Mainstream Guy #2: "I know, right?"

The indy kids looked way more emo. This FLIGHT, man! Indy-ness rules! Buy some ugly clothes and pretend they're cool!

Emo Guy: "Because that's what's really cool...right? Right? Please think I'm cool...please? I'm wearing old man clothes! Don't you know cool when you see it?"
Emo Girl: "Whoa, you're nerdly! Let's go listen to music we don't understand but pretend we do!"
Emo Guy: "Awesome. Lemme get my iPod."
Emo Girl: "Oooh...iPretention is so iPosh!"

PS: Please don't anybody think this is serious. It's late!
