i post alot... anyways these are part of my penguin series. i'm going to probably make a page for them soon where all the pictures can be viewed in sequence.

Wow. The texture in the second one is really nice. And the composition of the first one ain't exactly a slouch either.

it's going to be interesting trying to match the realism of these few pieces with the cartooniness of the characters..

They are either falling from space or exploding. Either way these are stunning paintings.

thanks guys, i just found out i made a big booboo... they are 72dpi and like 900pixels... pretty much impossible to print these out...
i'll start using 3h-9w" in my next pieces.... i guess these will be considered web promos or something....

i was thinking about doing every single piece over again

Thats what you get when you give those creatures the impression they can fly. They start falling.

Are these falling penguins the beaked angles from a few threads back?

yeah they removed their wings to become mortal, the twist on the story is though that the other penguin stays immortal because he came down with an act of love, yet the other one did a sin by inflecting pain on himself so he became mortal
