I was thinking about the hero look of both. Strong jaw, long blondish hair. I know it's a sweeping statement though.
But eden, wasn't that closer to mesopotamia - Iran?
I guess I mostly reacted to the fact that it's so common to see bible illustrations with mostly western looking humans.

ha, fair enough. i was thinking more along the lines of just strong square male shapes compared to curvy female than having them "american".

its more of a style thing than a reference to any specific american actors.

at any rate, ill keep that in mind.

Nice to see you switched from papyrus. It's no good.
The style in which you paint is really nice, great colors and textures!

A,

haha, yeah i switched the font by popular demand. but it wasnt papyrus, it was ancient text, which isnt a stock font, but close to papyrus.

either way, i like the new font.

Big topic! But your illustrations are good, and I think that they in a modern way follow the tradition of illustrating the Bible, but in a new way. Good luck, I guess that you will make more. That boat on the hill is cool! :D
