The Band: Graphic Novel

My newest project is about The Band, the 1960's-70's R&B, Rock, Country outfit. The title is from the song Ophelia, off of Northern Lights / Southern Cross. Hope you like it, tell me what you think.

These are beautiful. The layouts remind me of David McCean's Black Orchid a bit. The only problem, and it might just be my taste, is the font for the story text. It's a bit to seperate from the imges for me...maybe just a color change would fix it (like lightening it just a tad) or perhaps a more organic one all together. Good stuff though...are you going to post more?

lhrybyk - yeah, i think i could work on the font. it does seem a bit distant. For now that's it for this series. I'm trying to keep my stories short for now, and try to get them to have the power of the comics in the Flight volumes and other short comics. Not too long, but very engaging and meaningful, I don't know if I achieve it, but thats what I'm aiming for.
