HAH! one of your best!

i love how in the drawing you almost look like you're behind this eventual catastrophe when in actuality you really are.

Brilliant. I took a look at your blog and I also loved the one of the clown on the subway. Very clever concepts. You seem to work pretty fast -- how long do these take? I'm jealous.

HEY!
Thanks guys!
Funny, I really didn't think this one was going anywhere, but.. I guess it's ok.

Nateomedia.
It really depends.
When I first started doing skteches every day, it was like half an hour. It grew to about an hour.
For a LONG time it was an hour or under. Then, a few months ago, I got just too busy with work for my own good, so I stopped for a while, and now I do them on and off, but my rythmn is all changed.
Some take me fifteen minutes, some take me two hours now.
the dragon piece that George is talking about took me a lot longer( almost three I think).
this one here is pretty simple but still took me about an hour and a half.

So, it's all over the board really.

Yeah, yeah yeah.. I know, I know.. I should do a tutorial...

Well Pascal, you still use a lot less time to make one illustration than me. Working the old way with paint on paper takes me about 1-3 days of work. But I like to not use computer and have the work in analog.

This one made me laugh and first I thought it was an old iron giant money pig, but then I saw that it was powered stuff. This illo I dig!

Most of them are done in under an hour? one and a half for this one?

The majority of your drawings are crowded with lots of characters interacting
and your compositions always seems to be so well planned in advance.

thats almost impossible!

You are so gifted!

I like the idea of a soul singer in the electric piano! Funny

Thehead. Whatever "gift" I have if you want to call it that, is really only the spark. What truly matters is the work you put into your art.
I'm very passionate and pretty well disciplined. That really is what it is all about

hmm.. maybe the word "gifted" was not the best word, to express
my admiration for your work.

I certainly didn't mean to say "gifted" in the sense that you've got
this gift with no effort from your part. Like winning the lottery or something.

I am pretty well aware that nothing is just given to you. You have to work
hard to get somewhere, and keep working if you wanna get better and better.

So in this case, I suppose "FAST" is the word I was after. ;)
