Travis Charest's SPACE GIRL

Post by Seth Wolfshorndl » Fri Jun 09, 2006 9:43 am

Don't know if any of you have seen this already. I'm a pretty big Travis Charest fan, and this is a fun little comic he's been putting up every so often. Amazing stuff... this guys is too talented.

"Just a bit of fun for an hour a week" he says. Ha! I couldn't draw a single panel of this if I had a year! Travis Charest is awesome.

like jdalton said "an hour a week!"

i'd buy anything Travis puts out even if the story is lame. not many artists i'd do that for.

Rad. Reminds me of Rogue Trooper!

I loved Charest's run on the rebooted Wildcats series. 'Twas a shame he couldn't keep up with the schedule :(

holy crap!!!

Can you imagine what he could do with TWO hours????

Seriously though, this is incredible work. I can only hope that I could one day be on that kind of level.

Insane, in a good way.
Shades of Otomo in a few panels, really nice composition and execution.
Gotta share this site with a few more friends.

If your asking when "Space Girl" will be released in a printed version, it wont ever be. It's a weekly online comic uptdated on mondays I believe.

(Topic resurrection!)

Thanks for the link, I am a Travis Charest admirer as well. Anyone know what he's working on these days? I haven't seen anything from him in a while, though perhaps I'm not looking in the right places.
