This is an amazing graphic novel about a Korean woman who moves to Canada as a mail-order bride, and has to deal with the stereotypes and expectations. It's full of outstanding artwork, and everyone I've lent it to has finished it in one sitting because they couldn't put it down.
The artist used to work as an animator at Disney, and when I remember the book, I remember it as though it were a film. Reading it you can feel the camera moving, the scenes cutting, and during the montages, you can even hear the music. It's published by Fantagraphics.
Check it out.

It was a great ride all the way through the end; the ending was not to my liking, and therefore the whole intent of the author bugged me.

But it was a really good read until then. For me.
