Post by Jared » Sat Jun 12, 2004 4:41 am

I just got my five volume set of the FULL COLOR spirited away comic adaptation - each book is about 170 pages - they look FANTASTIC! You should all own this set. Amazon.com has them listed for 10 bucks each. What are you waiting for. Go now.... Seriously.

eh... I saw this in a book store. It is just screen shots from the movie put in comic form. Super duper lame. Good movie though.

Hey Jared, I recommend getting the storyboard books from Ghibli. They released one for Spirited Away. It features all of the storyboards from the film, which are basically like Miyazaki drawing the key frames for the entire thing. The storyboard books are amazing. I also recommend Isao Takahata's storyboards...

Most Japanese bookstores have them. Just look for the nearest Kinokuniya or Asahiya bookstores.

I'm in hell, not LA or NY, Dude :)
This is Florida... That extra piece of Cuba and one of the last two confederate states in America.

I guess I shall go hunting for it online.
Or see if I can grab one in Cali.

Thanx for you time though.
