The Lives of Others..

If this is still playing near any of you guys, then check it out soon before it leaves the theatres. This is an excellent EXCELLENT film. One of the best I've seen in a very long time. I went in not sure what to expect, but it was better that way so that I was able to appreciate every turn and twist the plot took, not knowing where each moment would take me next. Not only that, it was well directed without being too flashy or stylistic. Acting was great, and the musical score was appropriately moody and suspenseful the way Bernard Herrmann's music was for Hitchcock's films. This is really one of the best times I've had in the theatre...for me anyway. I highly recommend it to all of you.

Next I plan on seeing Rescue Dawn and Sunshine. :)
