Coraline (2008)

Post by jshamblin » Sat May 12, 2007 4:34 am

Here's another movie I really looking forward to, Neil Gaiman's Coraline. It's an upcoming stop-motion animated film by Laika.

Synopsis:
Coraline is a young, bored girl who discovers that a bricked-up wall behind a door in her flat leads to another world, with another mother, and another father.

I'm looking forward to this one too.

I suppose it deserves to be mentioned that several Flight creators worked/are working on it!

It makes it all the better and worth seeing. :D

I know Chris Appelhans and Vera Brosgol's names are attached. Anyone else?

Yeah, you'll see Ovi, Graham, and Jon in the next book(s)... And I believe Erika worked at Laika as well.

I wanna visit that studio! I was so close last August, but missed my chance.

That's more than I thought. I wonder who's recruiting who?

There's a few studios in Portland I wouldn't mind visiting. If you get the chance, Neil, please post pictures! :)
