More pages for my journal comic!

simonwl: Thanks man! The graphic novel... is based on a comic strip I did called Mal and Chad. It's about a boy and his dog. Very Calvin and Hobbes-ish. Check out the strip and tell me what you think!

You know, I admit I had my doubts about this venture of yours, probably born of the fact that most diaristic monologues consist primarily of the typical self-loathing and boredom, as do most such comics in the genre. It's easy to roll your eyes at comic diaries because there are so many of them that are so badly done (my own included - let us never speak of them again!) But I have to say the most recent one really made it for me. The art was good and the little vignette was well-paced and well written. In fact, I would probably not really call it a "diary" so much as it is a periodic essay in comics form. And in spite of myself, the more this goes on the more I dig it.

So, far out! Keep it up! I'm getting interested now!

Dude, I freaking love this comic. Just thought I would say so. I can relate, the artwork is solid and fun, and the humor is great. Please keep doing this!

I've been convinced as well with your Journal comic. At first glance I was skeptical, not knowing if I'd read more then a few pages but once I started reading I couldn't stop. Very interesting content. Keep up the great work! I look forward to your next posts.

Dang! Yeah, this is pure genius! I really like it!

The writer's block one is really good, really hillarious in a very good way. Dang, I just can't describe how effective it is in speaking about the matter. You've got a really genius way in putting realistic matters into comic pages.

Dang man, now this kind of stuff is what I wanna see! Keep it up!
No artwork is ugly.
If it's ugly then it's not an artwork.
