Two Weeks Of Desert etc.

Post by CEPE! » Sat Nov 22, 2008 4:21 am

Hey there. This is a project I've been working on for some months now; two parts of a story that are meant to tie directly together. The first is a book, planned to be about 48 pages long, French BD style. Here are the first eight pages:

I'm making steady progress on that one, but it does sometimes get a bit tedious to put it all together, which is why I've started doing an online prequel, Two Weeks Of Desert, in a looser style to distract myself. Here are a couple of those pages:

I'm updating the webcomic every Wednesday on my art blog.
Let me know what you think.

nice layouts and colors! it'd be great to learn more about who these characters are but it's a cool introduction into this world.

You have a very unique style. I like the way you letter... very different from the norm.

Fun stuff!

Thanks, guys.

Who the characters are is revealed as the story progresses, so that'll come up at a later point. Maybe I'll also feature some of their origin in the webcomic, but I've yet to decide. Gotta retain some suspense, after all.

I approve. I sort of don't even want to see the story go anywhere, just to watch the running away from obscure things :D
