the characters came first. i've had em in my head for about at year, and just couldnt think of something to do with them, or what they were suited for. i think reading a lot of rice boy helped tho.

This is a very good comic, friend. Your comics are usually very good, but this one has an especially good rhythm and touches that wee part of the diaphragm that scientists call "the soul."

I love it! Great characters. They are simple, but deceptively so.

If you are looking for a challenge to use them again, maybe you'd like to try http://www.52comicchallenges.com/ -- the challenge this week is to do a 20 panel comic -- on one page!

I really like your comics, KC, especially the horribleville ones. They have that Johnny Ryan/Sam Henderson esque quality of being kinda dumb and (in some cases) aggressively retarded, but managing to be so much more than that. And the drawing is great.
