Wow nice, although I liked the previous step better because the colouring felt more natural and less orange ... but this could just as well be due to lighting conditions when you took the photo to show us (these are photos of the illo right?) Love the flower picking woman, very lovely natural piece ...

Running cheesecake

Ok so it's not exactly a running cheesecake, but there is a running Cthulhu and a cheesecake eating Cthulhu. Both sneak peeks of unfinished panels from an unfinished comic and I just felt like sharing. http://swizec.com/includes/editor_upload/Image/sneeks/peak1.png http://swizec.com/includes/editor_...

The style is cool but I don't like the design because it strays too far from what Cthulhu is supposed to be, it does look awesome, but it's just not cthulhu. :)

Love the depth in this very simple piece colour-wise, don't know how you pulled it off, but you did it awesomely.

Any way of getting this in wallpaper form or something that is good enough for printing?

Steampunk destruction

Felt like sketching some steampunk in bed instead of working on my comic as I should have. It was done in twenty minutes with a single B5 pencil so it's, of course, a bit rough. Comments appreciated as usual. http://ic1.deviantart.com/fs15/f/2007/065/3/4/Steampunk_destruction_by_Swizec2.png In case ...

I can only say that this is very pretty and can't provide any more proper critique than that, sorry.

The style seems remarkably familiar though, somehow those trees in the wind ... it's all bringing back hazy recollections of arts long past.
