Need Conceptual Artist for Short Film

Hi, I'm looking for a talented artist who can do some concept art for our short film thesis project. We are currently in our preproduction phase and plan on going into production in early December. It's a tragic tale about two people who are the last of their kind. It is based on a Hawaiian legend, ...

I felt that way about "Castaway".

Kean: I've been listening to Jonathan Nolan's interview as well and it is fanatastic! It reall brings out so much more into the psychology of the film. It's a great podcast in general (it's the perfect morning booster for me when a new one comes out) but this episode in general has been a real trea...

I don't know how they're going to top these two as villains. Daniel Day-Lewis as Two Face? Had to have some guy in a comic store correct me on my ignorance and anti-spoilerism as to what people were saying when they were talking about "Harvey". Didn't even know Two-Face was in the film. Well ...

Lol well leave it to me to post about it. I have to admit that I am one those fans that consider Watchmen to be the best example of the potential of the graphic novel medium so I am completely stoked. Though I really do think that they have a huge task on their hands with this one. I agree. It defi...

Damn that was good. Christopher Nolan continues to take Batman to another level. Christian Bale even better the second time around. Heath Ledger made an amazing Joker and by the end of the film you will really feel that sting of his passing. Aaron Eckhart had a huge role in this film and delivered. ...

About the villain, played by Luke Goss. His Prince Nuada character was exactly like his Nomak character in "Blade 2". In "Hellboy 2" and "Blade 2" he has a sister that he cares about that gets in his way. It's funny how similar both those films are. And don't forget Ron Perlman was in "Blade 2" too....

I did not think this was as bad as some people said it was. There was a lot I liked about it, but there were some areas that could use some tweaking. I am not a big fan of the handheld camera overuse. Berg also did it in "The Kingdom" which was also overused. I agree the story is messy. This film wa...

Hellboy 2

I thought it was good, but I wouldn't say it was amazing. Nothing new here. A mix of Star Wars, Pan's Labryinth, and Blade 2. All very well put together. The whole time I was thinking, I can't wait to see what he does with "The Hobbit"! It definitely had a lot of nice moments. It's at least equal to...

Well honestly I think the problem the X-Files came into is what Lost fought to avoid and did. The X-Files lived in an era when the studio told you how things were done and for this show in particular it was THE cash cow for so many years. Chris Carter intended the whole show to end with the destruc...
