I've heard a lot of people rip on the third one in the past, and I'm glad no one did that here. It made the creature scary again. Aliens took this incredible and terrifying creature and made it a rat - a horde of vermin. They weren't as scary. The third film reinvented the alien, and I found the set...

And be that as it may, I still think Spielberg's movies lack the subtlety other directors can produce. To give another example, while Saving Privat Ryan might be a very authentic movie I thought it just hadn't the emotional depth like The Thin Red Line, Full Metal Jacket or Apocalypse Now. Watching...

It looks about as inviting as the Left Behind series. People who let (badly written) works of fiction become their own dogma piss me off, and then I don't even want to touch the books they swear by with a ten foot pole.

It was hilarious, but I agree that it's hard to tell where the film is heading for the first two thirds or so. Visually it drew me in more than Anderson's last film, but story wise it was a small step backwards. But on the whole, that's still a small complaint!

Thus far I've used Creature Tech and Tommysaurus Rex, Flight, and Blankets, since so far those are the only graphic novels I own! But there's quite a sizable collection at the library that I work at, and I use a lot of those, too. As a testament to you Flight artists, Volume 1 has floored my friends...

No problem.
Yes, I think I need to go dig out my Wells volume as well and catch up on the story. It's high time I do the same for Narnia, too; it's been years since I read those.

Copyright / protection?

How do you folks go about protecting yourselves from any sort of infringement? I'm building myself a new website and would like to showcase my art, but I hesitate because I have no idea how to protect my work.
