I thought the term for Korean mangas were Manhwa or something (?)
Aw man, can't we all call them sequential stories or drawn books and be done with it?

No rudeness felt, all is well.
Ah, the petty wars of "my book is better than your book". All silly really. I can understand that comments like that can be annoying though.

Amy does have manga style inspiration (she uses some of their storytelling conventions), but at the same time has a style all her own. Once someone gets used to reading mangas, different artists and their styles really start to pop out. I will not mistake Tezuka (Astro Boy) for Miyazake (Nausicaa), ...

Superb! Both of them. I'll admit to have missed the character in the first piece when I quickly glanced at it, but it was quite nice to discover him-her after a second, more careful look. Love the composition and the colours in both.

We got the console here at work, and we've been having fun trying out the Wii sports, playing one against the other.
We also got Zelda (looks wonderful) and Super Monkey Ball (actually giving me motion sickness...whole background swaying!)
And Trauma Center! Yesh!!

Overall, impressed with the Wii :D

I also heard about it, and hope it gets played here in Montreal...or at least during a big convention. San Diego anyone? (or maybe NY in February)

I'll go with the first one (or the remake of the first one), simply because I have a weak spot for an older looking style of illustration. Less "slick', but more classic.
