I personally don't think the inks are THAT muddy. You have some great lively linework. Occassionally the linewidth of foreground objects are thinner than the lineweight of background objects, but that would be my only quibble (a minor one at that). My roommate and I just finished watching God of Cookery, one of Stephen Chow's earlier films. Not quite as absurdly cartoonish as Shaolin Soccer or Kung Fu Hustle, but it was still really funny.

Beautiful colors and composition on the Midsummer Night's Dream poster (A shame you couldn't fit Bottom in there somehow :wink: ) Your other sketches are also nice. I like their simplicity and loosness.

Concert Sketches

(Reposting this since the topic seems to have vanished since the boards went down last week) I went to see the Pixies play in Portland last Thursday. I planned to arrive super early, so I brought along some sheets of paper and a pen to sketch on while I waited around. http://img.photobucket.com/albu...
