I chose a different value for the face in the Dinosaur piece because I figured since his head was covered in glass, it would be brightened by the light bounc...

I think you could add a bit of depth by adjusting the saturation a bit. Say by de-saturating the lower part of the monster arms and the background (just above the fog). Rule of thumb is closer = darker/saturated, farther away = lighter/de-saturated. Of course there are always exceptions.

I think Og hit it on the head. I think (in comics at least), you have the luxury of omitting details when it helps push the narrative. If two characters are conversing, no one will fault you for leaving out environmental details and focusing on the characters. At the same time, if the environment is...

The two pieces above "Triplets" are for that. Also have a few short stories in the hopper, but just in idea/concept sket...

Do you always do a sketch like that prior to taking it to the coloring stage?

I had a tough enough time wondering how you did so many colored pieces so fast, now I have to wonder how you sketch them all out first too?!?

I think you hit one of my favorite things in each painting, although you already had me at "Squid!"

Nice! One thing I might say though, if you added a bit more contrast on the upper half of the background, it might make the blossoms/bug pop a bit more.

Nice! I one thing I noticed is the larger panel with the cave exit... it might just be this monitor, but it seems to be tinted green? One other thing... have you thought about hand-lettering your FX letters during the inking stage? I find you don't necessarily get the same variety that you would get...
