Cool peice! I think the blue is somewhat distracting and its kind of annoying me. It would look better just as a black and white image. also the text is a bit distracting... I think you either need to make the text the main focus as in your last image or just not have it at all. I like this though, ...

On the first one the chekerboard seems to be slanting down toward the lower left corner... that is a bit distracting to me compositionaly especially since his right arm is making a sort of arrow pointing to it! You might be able to remedy both things by centering t...

I love this except for the grid lines. IMO they kill the peice, they arent really necessary and dont add to the peice. Try a simple texture but not grid lines. Keep it up!

These are really sweet! On that last one I think the red "o" in "porte" is a bit visually distracting. Good work all around though, very professional.
