Hell, I'd take a full table, as well! Anyway, if you have any interest or any leads, email me about it. [email protected].com...

Hey Steve,

my only thought on the color is that the most important purpose it should serve is making the image read more easily. Some of these panels are hard to "see"

over all they're good. I'm not really that into the marker stuff and the sketchbook drawings, they're kind of bla compared to the rest. Your black and white design is great, esp. when illustrating scenes. Rock on and welcome.

bummer you're not posting anymore, I'll scope out the blog. These pieces are great by the way. Are you finding doing multiple quick spots more lucrative then doing a full page? best, -francis Spots are most illustrators' bread and butter; they're not a ton of fun usually, but they pay the bills. I ...

Retiring the thread

hey guys, It's been about 10 months since I started this thread, and it's been great, but I haven't been keeping up with it lately and have decided to retire it in order to focus more on my blog and other stuff. I will probably continue to comment in other threads and occasionally perhaps post thing...

it looks good. All your criticisms are things that will auto-correct if you just work at it. As for the monkey moving, usually to make something look like it's really moving, you have to push its center of gravity off-center so that it has some momentum. It can be weird making things look like they m...

thanks everyone, the feedback wasn't as helpful as I thought it would be... haha... everyone seems to like different stuff. I've been invited into a pretty prestigious competition and I'm limited to 10 pieces, just wanted to see what stands out to you guys. I'll let you know when I know if I "win." ...

Best for what, Frank? Is this for self promotion, or a website - for general audiences or adults or art directors or gallery owners? I could pick out 5 of my favorites, but they may not be the ones you'd choose if you're trying to get a Family Illustration Gig. I said I can't say what it's for. Jus...

My best EVER!

Hey guys, I can't say what this is for, but I need some help in narrowing my portfolio down to my 5 strongest pieces. To make my decisions, i think it would be helpful for y'all to tell me which numbers of the following group are your 5 fav's. THANKS! I owe you big time. f. 1. http://frankstockton.c...
