Great as always. This sort of reminds me of The Adventures of Baron Munchausen.

Such serious dedication to drawing such serious boxes. *applause*

Two more calendar illos

Hey all. Finished these last week, but haven't had much time for posting. They're for a calendar my friends and I put together where each month is a "prediction" for the future. http://jae.imperialotter.com/temp/sept06_72rgb.jpg SEPT: Robotic maintenance tools, like the SmartRake™ (pictured above) w...

These are great. Lot of interesting stuff going on in the first one. I like how Santa's sled setup doesn't look very practical, but they seem to have a system worked out anyway.

And the second... That's some beuatifully absurd action you got there!

Heh. I'm digging the Jesus/Santa combo. Those two look like they're ready to go to White Castle and have wacky adventures along the way! :)

Btw, nice texture on the background and sled sparks.

"Look at all those cookies... Since when do people not have #*&! chimneys?!"

I dig the way you handles the fogged up window. Nice subtle touch.

Gah! That last one is trés creepy! (but in a good way :D )

I'm really digging the combination of your inkwork over the collage surface. The styles seem to complement each other well.

Interesting designs so far (personal favorites are the whiskery insect man and the angry koala (SWORD-SURFING!)). I dig how they all seem to have a sense of personality to them. Hope to see more eventually.

Alright, message recieved... add more detail to the crowd :D Again, thanks for the thoughts guys.

Neil> I like your interpretation of the groundhog dreaming the scene. As for what he's actually dreaming... I wish I had an appropriately witty response. Sorry!
