I made myself to go work today, at my comic shop, just so I could be there to pick up Flight as soon as it arrived. I think I read the entire volume faster than I have read anything in my entire life. It was fantastic. It wasn't exactly what I thought it would be. It was different in some respects, ...

Well, I'm still dirt poor, so that probably has a lot to do with it for me... :D But Flight is going to make you one of the richest men in the world, right? You can finally buy that pair of solid gold underwear you have always dreamed of. My God that is living in style! I think the artists on this ...

Ego Question

This might be a bit of strange question, but I just have to ask it. I'm too curious not to. How does everyone manage, if you do, to keep from becoming too egotistical? I mean, Flight seems to be the talk of the comics scene this summer, at least it seems that way to me, and everyone has been getting...

Kazu wrote: I already did. Gabe and Tycho were enthusiastic and are already beginning work on their contribution...
Seriously? That is oustanding. I never would of imagined the two of them contributing to an anthology or even a regular comic book.

I'm debating whether or not to go this year, but if I do go I will sure as hell stop by the shared Flight table and demand my money back :D

I had no idea that Canadians were taking part in Flight. I'm....just so proud.

On a related note, what about Canadian comic shops? I work in a comic shop in Toronto and I made sure that we ordered a few copies of Flight. The Canadian shops are no different than the American ones. As long as the owner believes that there is a demand for the books he/she will order them. If you...

Thanks, Guys!

Hey, everyone! I was planning on updating Diverging Comics with another interview with one of the fantastically famous Flight creators, but then I realized that I had suddenly run out of them. I had used all of the interviews that were available. I don't know whether this is a good thing or not (No ...

Diverging Comics - Interviews - Online

I just wanted to let everyone know that the latest round of Flight interviews are up at www.DivergingComics.com. Joel and Rad are the lucky ones this time. I have been sick over the last couple of weeks which is why there has been a delay in getting these interviews on-line, but I just wanted to tha...

Gah! There are so many interviews here to process. Ive got to do some serious thinking about how I am going to present this on Diverging Comics. I am either going to do an interview a week or do some sort of special one-shot that has all of the interviews together. Kazu wasn't kidding when he said t...

oh sweet man ... did you enjoy issue 1 ? The printer is sending me issue2 tomorrow ! Yay ! 8) Yeah, I enjoyed it a lot, actually. The artwork was outstanding, the story was all-ages without being annoying or overly simplified and the backup story was educational but entertaining. I honestly enjoyed...

ENRICO!

I finished a review of "The Adventures of Mia" and it will be up this Friday after some fine tuning. I was going to write you an e-mail today telling you and asking about an interview surrounding Mia AND Flight. Looks like you beat me to it :D

Also, what is it like to have someone like Scott McCloud, such a respected figure in the medium, say such glowing things about 'Flight' and those of you working on it?
