It's about time Banner used that powerful brain to realize he needs to buy one size fits all sweats. Good work Chad.

Something about the art style along with the unwillingness to embrace the contraction makes it seem sort of like puppetry, it's a really odd sensation, but I can't honestly say I dislike it. Somehow it's working even though I feel like it shouldn't. I think every sentence above seems like a backhand...

Jesus Christ on a stick, I was thinking "Man, I like that old dude, I have to remember to comment on that" and then I just keep scrolling...and scrolling... it's all amazing man. Fantastic work.

Just wanted to say...

I just had a look through the preview pages, and I have never seen such an amazing group of talented artists all in one place at one time without a single weak link in the bunch. Great work I've seen so far everyone, you should all be proud. I look forward to picking this up when it comes out.

Love it. I had to go back once I finished to catch the cane, but that doesn't bother me a bit. It's nice to be challenged once in awhile.

It takes a bit of getting used to, but it's alot of fun. If I were to do this, I would slap it in flash and make it into a sort of animatic, just so there's no confusion about the pacing, but that's me. The thing that threw me was reading the lyrics before they actually got to me, but I suppose it's...

I like the side scrolling format, I found it made the whole thing fly by at a rate that I could really enjoy. It's wierd, I have grown increasingly disinterested in comics for the last few years, the internet has deteriorated my attention span so that it's almost impossible for me to enjoy comics un...

I'm digging through all these pieces now, all of them are good, but I keep thinking I like your piece the best so far of what I've seen.

Thanks, this is all helpful info. I understand about unsolicited work, as I started a company that lasted about a year a couple years back, and within months we were swamped with portfolios we never expected to get.

Question for the freelance illustrators in the room

So here's my deal, I've been working as an animator for the last seven years. There's been good and bad time in there, sometimes I'd make more money than I thought I deserved, other times I scrimped for a rediculous wage that nearly drove me mad. One way or another, I've made it to this point, where...

This looks like a "push through" page in the story anyhow, even though it doesn't show through the drawings, which were fine, this is a point in the story when the plot doesn't give you a whole lot to chew on visually. We all go through it, and it's cool that you have the discepline(sp) to get throu...

Printing- What you learned?

So I picked up Flight, and it was fantastic. My question is, what did you learn about bringing in work that was computer colored and making it look nice on the printed page? I'm curious why pages 3 and 4 of Jake's piece seemed more washed out, and just wondering in general if there are any potholes ...
