Re: Junk Food Fighter

Hey, I love the idea of fighting the embodiments of junk food. The drawings of the monsters are awesome, especially the hot dog monster. Bobba Gobba and his sinister hillbilly waitress are great, too. Do you do it all with traditional pen nibs and inks? My only complaint so far (and this may be just...

Re: Research Experiment - Alien Rendez-Vous

That was awesome! I really enjoyed the contrast between the normal style and the shojo manga style. Seeing him in bishounen style cracked me up. The only thing is the pages you posted on here were the least interesting and don't show the charm of the comic, but hopefully people will click the link a...

Re: New to the FLIGHT forums? Introduce yourself in this thr

Hey, I'm new around here, too. I have been "researching" (actually just drawing) comics/manga in Japan for the past year. At first I worked on continuing my online comic, EAT (http://www.beavertoe.com/EAT), but then I got into a non-digital pen & ink comic, which I liked much more. Looking forward t...

Re: DUEL #1... now available for download!

Nice work! First of all, the concept of warring imaginations is awesome. Also, the perspective and technical aspects look great.
I'm a big fan of Globmaster, but Cyborg Stan is a little run of the mill for me.

Your drawings are great! I like how it resembles a Mayan carving or painting. The only thing for me is that it's so detailed, I'm not sure where to look, and it is a lot for my eyes. A lot of pleasure for my eyes, but still. Thanks for sharing.

And how many comics have you done!?

The watercolors look awesome! I really like the people.

Personally, I want to see more darks for contrast, though.

My Comic (about the superpowers of food)

Hi, I'm new here, but I like a lot of the comics that are posted here and was hoping to get some feedback on my own comic. It's about the deliciousness of food giving people great powers, and only the introduction is finished so far. You can find it at: http://beavertoe.com/EAT/ Any comments are wel...
