I like it, although be weary of falling into cliches. having the author be a character is hard to make original, but if you have faith, then good luck!

Why has no one comment on this?
It all looks really nice, I think.
I like your over all style. I'm having trouble describing it, but here is a crack:
Comforting/familiar over all style, but with interesting techniques in the details.

For the arrows in the background did you use a costume brush or something?

However you did it, it looks awesome.

I love it.
I can't crit you much, I'm not great with art, but the one thing this comic doesn't have is much abstract art. It doesn't really fit with your style, so I'm not saying to do that, it is the only thing I could think of though.

I also really like the shadow, the anatomy, and it all in general.

Oh, yeah, I actually fixed that (as well as a few other things) in the version I put online...

That was my first reaction when I saw the mistake, too...
I may have to do something similar, but... nah...

That is both exceedingly beautiful, and impressive (water colors are a hard medium (for me)).

I'm very impressed how you can do all those styles.
Many of them were clever, cute, funny, and corny, but corny can be good for V-day.

Well, I tried to experiment with slightly more realistic anatomy. I made Hermes, the God, look more human than most of my characters. Well... He is at least exaggerated in different ways Here is the comic: http://img183.imageshack.us/img183/3388/comic10fk9.png Also, I made this one by sketching it i...

Right off the bat I want to say that I really like it. My suggestion is about the layout. Putting buttons on the bottom of the picture would help a lot. After every page I have to scroll back up. It is just a little annoying, but it should be an easy fix.

Thanks! Also, just to put things in perspective as use my comic as a way to learn. I do not consider my comic to be the end all, I try something new every time. About what I do. In the most recent comic I drew it by hand, scanned it in, and then traced it with a tablet and mouse in photoshop. I only...

Guy In a Dinosaur Costume:A jouney, a hero, and stuff (crit)

I feel bad for making a thread about my comic, but, I'm going to do it for three reasons: 1.) I want my comic to be seen (I'm not going to lie to myself about that). 2.) I want to make my comic better. I'm currently not afraid to try new things with my comic. I want to experiment with different styl...

I love Copper. It is aweome in every sense of the word

It is simply one of the best comics I've ever read on or offline. It is reminiscent of Calvin and Hobbes, but in no way copying them. The thing which it shares is epic (I use that term in it's denotation) backgrounds, smart and clever jokes, and philosophical debates. after reading through the archi...
