Oh yea, I listened to your podcasts not too long ago, actually. They're pretty insightful, especially for someone who wants to do an independent production in a similar vein as you. This week's podcast is pretty good too. I have to agree with you on the lack of artistry in texture jobs for most 3D C...

Damn. Gotta admit, I didn't think they could do much with the concept when I first saw the original trailer... but this looks amazing! I guess it was wrong of me to doubt these guys. Same thing happened with Ratatouille. lol.

As a prospective 3D prop/vehicle modeller, I gotta say I love the ship model you've done. I loooove the texture job on it too. Very very sweet.

Just out of curiosity, what software do you use? And what renderer?

Well, this poster was supposed to be a promotional thing for my film, and so I composed it with the idea of leaving a blank space on the left for relevant info. A romp through crystalline blue skies

So I'm working on a short animated film for my graduating year in school. Only a month left of school, and I'm finally done. It'll feel so good to finally wrap this up and get it done with. Been a hectic past few months. Just thought I'd share what I'm doing right now. http://blueskies.etherwing.net...
