Atomic Sheep Christmas Special

I'm sorry this is a bit of a cheek, posting a link to a comic, but I've not had a chance to check if I'm allowed to post a few pages around. Anyway, this is a standalone preview for an online series I'm starting soon, but it's also a Christmas comic, so I figured 'twas appropriate! ^_^ Any feedback ...

Thanks so much for posting that! I'm really looking forward to trying it out - would be amazingly helpful to not have to spend so much time on that!

OH, it's the location where the scene is taking place! What a great way of punctuating your story ^_^

The Lost Valley

First 5 pages of a 24-pager which I sent in to a competition recently ^_^ Any feedback and tips are, as always, welcome. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v131/geckochan/LostValley001_web.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v131/geckochan/LostValley002_web.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v13...

I agree that the sand castle and bird are a bit confusing as they're the same shape...but I barely even noticed as I was too busy being absolutely enchanted by the drawing and the wonderful glow your colours have! Well done ^_^

Wow. This seems really dense (as in, lots of content and layers, not dense as in stupid!) and the illustrations you posted are *gorgeous*! I'm amazed.
(PS are the little coda squares grid pieces of a larger and mysterious image?)

Very late reply (sorry, Christmas holiday etc), but wanted to say thanks for the feedback! Andre, that's very true that my work's a bit boxy and static. I tried your suggestion for panel borders and tried to vary things a bit more in a more recent piece (although I still think my work comes across a...

A film like this totally rides on its sense of camp. From the trailers it looks like it's taking itself rather seriously, which will probably not work, at all. (Needs more 60's lounge music too!)

Wow, that's lovely! The colours really pop, especially the bit of turquoise in her hair.

UK Rising Stars of Manga entry (finalist)

Hello everyone! I've been internet-less for a long time (very sad T_T) and have missed all the inspiration I get from you talented bunch! Tokyopop recently ran it's third UK version of Rising Stars of Manga, and although I didn't place in the end, I did get to the finals. All the finalists are still...

The only "bad" film I can watch over and over is Dragonheart Oh my gosh, the ending to Dragonheart makes me cry! And I almost never cry in movies (Nausicaa being one of the only other oens I can think of) I must admit, I find Spice World (the Spice Girls' movie) extremely amusing. I also adore the ...

This is absolutely wonderful, and actually quite riveting! I like their different thought reactions to separating at the end, although one more "panel" might highlight that more.
Awesome job!
